We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with paying, we are not aware of any issues preventing payment.

If you are seeing an 'AVS Error' please double-check that you are entering the correct billing address, this needs to be the same as the address listed with your bank.

Your bank may hold the funds for AVS Error transactions against your payment card, Card issuers normally take 5-10 days to release these funds back into your account.
