How do I reset my password?

If you are logged in to your account but want to reset your password please click on 'My account' and then 'Account information'.  Then you can change your password by clicking on the checkbox towards the bottom of the page next to 'Change password'.  You will need to re-confirm your current password and then enter a new password of your choice that meets the rules displayed.

If you have forgotten your password please click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link on the log in screen.  Then enter your email address.  If we have an account for that address we will send you an email within a few minutes.  Please click on the 'Reset password' link in that email to enter a new password of your choice. Note: the link in that email is only valid for 12 hours.  Also, if you request further emails then the previous link will expire immediately.

IMPORTANT NOTE: With the re-launch of your new Tesco Photo website on 11th April 2018 all passwords have been reset for your own security.  Therefore, even if you had an account previously you will need to set up a new one by clicking on the 'Forgot Your Password' link on the log in screen.
