What do I need to engrave on my pet tag?
The Control of Dogs Order 1992 states that all dogs out in public must have their owner’s name and address inscribed somewhere on their collar. Your telephone number is optional, but we highly recommend adding this information to your tag where possible, as this means you can be contacted quickly in an emergency.
