Are my passport photos and visa photos guaranteed?
Yes, all of our passport photos and ID photos come with our guarantee. This means in the unlikely event that HM Passport Office reject your photos, we will either retake them, or refund the cost of your order.
What checks do you do to ensure my passport photo will pass?
We use only the Government’s passport photo guidance to check each passport photo we take, in addition to completing extra checks in-store, to ensure they meet the necessary standard.

Can you take a visa photo?
Yes. We offer numerous visa photo options and we can follow your exact requirements to custom make your ID photo should you require this.

Our state-of-the-art photo booths are available for use by businesses and retailers and can be installed throughout the UK and Ireland. They simply need power and use their own 3G/4G connectivity.
