Where's my order?

If you have an account you can check the status your order by clicking here.


When you place an order we will send you an order confirmation email. Then:

If your order is for collection in store we will send you an email when your items are ready to collect.
**If you haven't received your 'Ready for Pickup' email and the service time has already passed please contact the store directly who will be able to confirm if your items are ready to collect.


If your order is for delivery to home we will send you an email when your items have been dispatched.
- Please note, we ship items to home as they are finished; so your order may be delivered in multiple parts.
