Error Message 'Photos Still Loading'

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues, we had a problem with the system recently which may have prevented some images from loading in customer projects; the problem has been fixed, but you may need to follow some steps to put your project back on track.


(This process is only for customer who can see images loading when scrolling down on the lefthand panel, where the image boxes are showing loading but they are blank. If you have another issue, please follow the link below to submit a support ticket and we will be back with you as soon as possible).


1, If in the Easy editor (if not, skip to 2), click the down arrow in the top corner of the loading image and click remove, this should remove the loading image.
1b, Image isn't removing and you are getting a warning message advising that the image is being used in the book? Go to step 3.


2, If in the Advanced edit, on the lefthand panel there is an option to expand the panel indicating with an arrow pointing to the right, this is located to the top of the panel, click the arrow, then you will be able to select the loading image and click on the rubbish bin to remove.
2b, Image isn't removing and you are getting a warning message advising that the image is being used in the book? Go to step 3.

3, If you received a warning message advising that the image is being used in the book, please flick through your book, you should find this/these images blank with an exclamation mark in the image box.
3a, Once you've located the image/s drag a loaded image from the left panel into the image box which will remove the error, you can then delete the image out of the image box to prevent duplicate images,
Easy editor, go back to Step 1,
Advanced editor, go back to step 2.


Please do the above for each of the errored images and then re-upload them.
