We're very sorry if you order is incorrect or damaged.
If any of your items are damaged or don't match the description specified on this site and you are using the collect in store service, please speak to a Photo Centre colleague who will advise how to arrange a full refund or replacement product.
If you are using the mail order service please contact us in the first place. We will ask for you to provide photos of the issue; once you have submitted the contact us form we will send you an automated message (usually within 30 minutes) to advise that we have received your query, to help speed up resolving the issue for you your please reply to this email with the photos of the issue.
You may send the product back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. In those circumstances, Tesco will provide a full refund of the purchase price together with the return postage and packing. However, please note that in the event that you return any products to us and we can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you we reserve the right to refuse to offer a refund or return the products to you and may claim the cost of return postage from you.
