Elf on the Shelf Competition - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Elf on the shelf competition is open to all UK (excluding Northern Island residents) aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

  4. Entrants can enter multiple times if the elf is found in different shop locations. 
  5. The opening date for entries is 08:00 on Thursday 1st December 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 14th December 2023.  Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  6. A limited quantity of prizes will be available for entrants following our Facebook page only during the promotional social event.
  7. Prizes will be offered in the form of 14x £20 Max Spielmann vouchers that will be distributed randonmly.
  8. There is no cash alternative available.

  9. The winners will be selected through a random electronic draw. The winners will be contacted throughout the competition and no later than 48 hours after the competition has closed.

  10. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
  12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  14. The prize draw will be governed by English and Welsh law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
